At RC Glass Care, we take pride in the quality of our work and the products we provide. Our warranty is designed to give our customers confidence in both our craftsmanship and materials.
All workmanship performed by RC Glass Care is covered by a Lifetime Warranty.
This means that if any issues arise as a result of our labor or installation methods, RC Glass Care will repair or correct the problem at no charge for as long as you own the product.
2. Hardware Warranty
RC Glass Care provides a One (1) Year Warranty on hardware such as closers and hinges from the date of installation.
This covers defects in material or performance under normal use and service.
3. Insulated Glass Units
Insulated or double-pane glass units are warranted against internal seal failure (fogging or moisture between panes) for a period of Five (5) Years from the date of installation.
This warranty covers replacement of the affected glass unit only and does not include labor after the initial one-year hardware warranty period.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Any third-party electrical components, such as electric strikes or other door modifications made after installation.

Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, vandalism, acts of nature, or improper maintenance.

Normal wear and tear of hardware finishes.

Glass breakage caused by impact, stress, or external forces not related to installation.
5. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact RC Glass Care directly with:

Photographs (if applicable)
RC Glass Care reserves the right to inspect and determine whether the issue qualifies under this warranty.
6. Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and installation site.
RC Glass Care’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective materials or labor and shall not exceed the original purchase price.
