 Labor & Craftsmanship Warranty

All labor and craftsmanship performed by RC Glass Care is covered by a Lifetime Warranty.
This includes coverage for:

• Wind noise

• Water leaks

• Defects related to improper installation

If any issue arises that is directly related to our workmanship, RC Glass Care will correct it at no charge for as long as you own the vehicle.

 Free Stone Chip Repairs

Every windshield installed by RC Glass Care includes free stone chip repairs for life of that windshield, as long as the original installation remains intact and the damage is repairable.

 Rust Disclaimer

RC Glass Care does not offer or perform rust repair.
If rust is present on the pinch weld or surrounding areas at the time of installation:

• RC Glass Care cannot guarantee that the glass will remain leak-free in the future.

• Any resulting leaks, corrosion progression, or damage caused by existing rust are not covered under this warranty.

ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

If your vehicle has ADAS warning lights or calibration issues present prior to glass replacement, RC Glass Care cannot guarantee that these lights or system faults can be cleared or corrected after installation.

 Rearview Mirror Disclaimer

Rearview mirrors are warrantied for three (3) months after installation.
If a mirror detaches after that period, it is not covered under this warranty.

Tempered Glass Replacement

In the case of a broken tempered window:

• RC Glass Care will remove all accessible glass fragments.

• However, due to the design of certain doors and panels, complete glass removal cannot be guaranteed as some shards may remain in hard-to-reach cavities or drain channels.

• RC Glass Care does not guarantee full detailing or total glass removal from the vehicle’s interior or components.

Vehicle Storage & Liability

RC Glass Care maintains security cameras on the premises, but:

• RC Glass Care is not responsible or liable for any damage, theft, or vandalism that occurs to vehicles left overnight or outside of business hours.

 Limitations

This warranty:

• Applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation.

• Does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, or unrelated mechanical issues.

• Is non-transferable and limited to repair or replacement of the defective installation.
