At RC Glass Care, we stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Our warranty ensures that your glass installation or repair is protected against defects and workmanship issues.

• Hardware Warranty:
  All hardware and materials provided by RC Glass Care are covered for one (1) year from the date of installation against manufacturer or material defects under normal use.

• Craftsmanship & Labor Warranty:
  Our craftsmanship and labor are guaranteed for the life of the product. If any issue arises due to our installation or workmanship, RC Glass Care will correct it at no cost to you.

2. What’s Covered

• Defects in materials, such as hardware malfunction or failure within one year.

• Any issues directly resulting from improper installation or workmanship by RC Glass Care.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, impact, vandalism, or natural disasters.

• Glass breakage caused by external forces (unless proven to be due to defective materials or workmanship).

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or environmental factors such as weathering, fading, or corrosion.

• Any modification, adjustment, or repair performed by someone other than RC Glass Care.

4. Claim Process

If you believe your product is covered under this warranty:

1. Contact RC Glass Care 

2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

3. RC Glass Care will inspect the product and determine if it qualifies for warranty service.

If covered, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge.

5. Limitations

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or property owner where the service was performed.

• RC Glass Care’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or workmanship only.
